Shipment & Delivery

Generally, we ship the goods within 1-3 working days following the date you placed the order and delivery times and costs vary according to the country of delivery. Shipping costs are indicated in the checkout phase (Cart) and are to be understood as “VAT included”. Please note that all customs fees are paid by the customer, and are not included in the prices shown on the website.

Scrambled_ego usually uses the shipping services provided by GLS General – Logistics Systems, but has the right to entrust each individual shipment to other express shipping service providers as well.
